This type of “access violation” error typically can only be debuged by ANSYS/LS-DYNA personal with access to the source code.
Please contact your license provider.
Your only other option is to deconstruct your model until the error is eliminated for that smaller portion of your model. --len

Access violation 157 is usually due to some kind of memory read/write error. For this
situation, I would suggest contacting your distributor or LSTC support. Of particular
importance, is, please send the model to debug.
