Suggestions:
1\ Check that the normals on the constrained Lagrange in solid (CLIS) surfaces of your two plates are indeed pointing at the ALE material.
2\ Use two separate constrained Lagrange in solid (CLIS) definitions.
3\ Use MCOUP=0, or better MCOUP<0 with a
*SET_MULTI-MATERIAL_GROUP.
4\ Your mesh is quit coarse. In any case, CLIS works best when similar mesh sizes exist on both sides of the interface.

Subject: [LS-DYNA2] Excessive leakage of ALE material across Lagrangian Surface
Hi,
I am currently working on investigating flow behaviour of a paste under compression loads using ALE algorithm. In this current simulation i am facing with Excessive leakage of ALE material across Lagrangian Surface .Please look at the attachment for the better understanding.
FEM parts 1,4 are lagrangian part(Steel Material) and 2(Paste) and 3(Vaccume) are ALE Parts. I increased my Nquad to overcome leaking issue, reduced my FRCMIN as well as timestep scale factor but still leaking happens. Below are the few screen shorts realted to the keywords inputs.

So how can i overcome this leakage issue in my model.
