I have a query regarding seat belt modeling in LS-Dyna.

I am using 2-D fabric material and belt is passed through the D-ring and Buckle as it is in actual ( I am not using slipring element of LS-dyna). The pretensioner of type 7 in used in which given curve is force vs time. Retractor is given a loading (Force vs Displacement) and unloading curve(Force vs Displacement).

Pretensioner firing time has been given as 18 msec and 3 msec delay has been given. PT loading curve has been given from 0 msec to 12 msec. Retractor (FL) firing time is given as ~32msec (18+3+12 = 33). However, with this setting, I’m observing a sudden drop in load at 32~33 msec. My understanding of the problem, it is happening due to mismatch in coupling of PT and FL in CAE. Can anybody through some light on this?
