Import Hypermesh Into LS Dyna Error

Hi guys, 

I created a 2d mesh in hypermesh. I exported it by selecting Ls dyna template.

When I import it into Ls Dyna noting appears. I am able to see element but the FEM model doesnt show . The workspace is blank.

I tried exporting a 3d mesh with the same geometry from hypermesh into Ls dyna and it worked.

Can anyone help me with this problem please?

Hi , 

Try to assign element section properties in hypermesh and then trry importing. It works
