Pressure transmission issue between the ALE and solid

Dear all,

I am running a contact blast simulation on a concrete slab in LS-DYNA. When the shock from the charge reaches the ALE domain and concrete interface I observe a large, sudden decay in pressure at the interface and a noticeable delay before pressure begins propagating into the concrete. 

Below are the ALE settings I used (see attached input deck). Appreciate if anyone can advise on this.
