Hello all, I am hoping to get some advance on why my initial_contact_wear is not being written into dynain file.    I built a super simple model with a small block sliding on a large block after a pressure is applied from the small block onto the large block.    the dynain file has no initial_contact_wear file.   s=intfor was used obviously in the command line.

the full k file is here - https://limewire.com/d/9lVTN#zyGerH0rP4.   In case you can't download, below is screenshot of key cards.  I can see in both the documentation and in a paper in dynamore's site from 2016 that this is the right thing to do but I am just not getting the initial_contact_wear card...

Appreciate you all's input on what happened.   feel free to test this out and let me know if it's something wrong on my end.

segment 99 is the body of the large block...I also tried setting everything to default, also no intial_contact_wear in dynain file.
