New VHF Radio required - Service Provider Recommendations + Advice?

Dear All,
As suggested I have decided to make the move to a VHF Radio.
Do you have any advice / recommendations on what type of VHF Radio - in terms of Brand and Model I should install?.

The following are options mentioned on the ORRA Website – with the Kenwood being the most popular.

  1. Kenwood TK-7100 64-Channel
  2. Kirisun PT8100 VHF 256-Channel
  3. Vertex VX 2200 128-Channel

Others recommended are:

  1. MOTOROLA (Vertex) VX2200 VHF MOBILE 25W
  2. MOTOROLA DM1600VHF DIGITAL MOBILE
  3. HYTERA MD625 136-174MHZ W/O BLUETOOTH
  4. KENWOOD MOBILE VHF
