Defender Td5 fuel pump issues in Bloemfontein

Hi 

Family members of ours in a Defender Td5 are on their way to Johannesburg, they are currently close to Bloemfontein. It seems as if the fuel pump is packing up, it makes a loud wining noise and every now and again the vehicle goes into limp mode. 

Anybody with advice and / or a contact number for a mechanic in Bloemfontein?
