Fwd: LRmix for studio problem

To whom it may concern,

I'm writing to ask for assistance. I've installed LRmix for studio, upgraded java to the latest version, but it still gave me the same error (circled in red in the attachment). I've also tried to download again both java and lrmix for studio and install both again, but it still gives me the same error.

I am having the same problem and it keeps crashing and becoming unresponsive. I have java version 8 with the latest update so everything should be ok. Can anyone guide towards a solution?

Good morning,

I found out that it is a scale issue. You need to go to Windows settings and change de scale to 100%, my scale default was 125% for my laptop and when I changed to 100% the issue with LRmix had gone.
