I'm sure this is a naive question, but I'm afraid I have to ask it.

Are there any properties in LRMI (or schema.org) that are considered required?

Is that even a meaningful question?

Thanks for your advice,
Peter Pinch

Hello Peter,

No naive questions here!

No field is required (in the sense commonly defined by any standards
organization) however, without the use of any LRMI term a resource can't
be identified as an educational resource.

Hope that clarifies.

Best,

Greg

Thanks. I suspected the answer would be something like that.

So, for practical purposes, this means that one LRMI field would be sufficient to identify a resource as having an educational purpose?

That was the idea. Now, what the search engines/any specific system does
is up to them.
