Please note that I have just released a major revision of the LRE Analyzer, which among other improvements, has incorporated nonlinear regression analysis. This allows estimation of fluorescence background and baseline slope, which has been found to significantly improve both the robustness and accuracy of LRE analysis.

Of greatest significance is that baseline slope correction has been found to compensate for overestimation of Emax, an artifact that the previous version attempt to address by allowing Emax to be fixed to 100%. Variance of Emax determination has also been found to be greatly reduced.

This new version should be compatible with databases created with 0.8.7, with nonlinear regression being applied the first time an old database is opened.
