Can't open calibration file

Hi,
I am using the software with my own data for the first time and can't open my calibration file.
I've double checked that I'm using the correct template and all the required fields are filled in.
I can open an example file, but when I follow all the same steps with my own file, it doesn't open.
Is there something I'm missing?
Help greatly appreciated!

Hi Flora,

Thank you for your interesting in LRE.

The simplest solution would be to send me your calibration file, which I can then test using debugging software.
