Is there any way to upload higher version Loadrunner script into lower version of Performance center?

Hi Friends,

 

Greetings!!

 

I have recorded a Citrix application using LR-11 but we have Performance center 9.5.1. While i am uploading script in PC 9.5.1 i get error message"When i try to upload script in PC 9.5.1 i get "Uploaded Scripts: Error(s): Citrix_1 - Upload failed Script Version is later than System Version". We are in upgradation process of PC from 9.5.1 to 11, but that will take time and we need to execute this test soon. Is there any way to upload higher version Loadrunner script into lower version of Performance center? Kindly let me know if there is any way to do it.

Maybe there is (I can not test it), but you shouldn't.
Changes are that your script won't run on a 9.51 load generator. For
example because it is using functions not jet available in the older
version.

The right order is: first upgrade PC and then Vugen.
You could try to open your script in Vugen version 9.51, verify that
is still works and then upload it to PC.

You can try copy-pasting your entire script in LR 11 to a blank script
in VuGen that has same version as LG. In case your script doesnt use
any of the functions/Citrix versions that are not supported by LR
9.5.1, your script might still work.
