WinInet Replay issue in Load generator machine

Hi All,

 

I had recorded a web application which had SSO login with a web(HTTP/HTML) protocol in Vugen 11.52, while replay it was failing at the SSO signin step with the error " " XYZ.com" shut connection during attempt to negotiate SSL session",  I enabled WinINet replay and it  ran fine in Vugen.

 

But when i loaded the script into PC and started running it with a LG machine ( Windows server 2003 OS)  it was failing at the SSO signin Step with error " HttpSendRequest” failed, Windows error code=12029 ( cannot connect ) "

 

Again i tried to run the script in PC with a different LG machine which has Windows server 2008 it ran fine.

 

My Question: Why the script with WinInet replay is not running in a LG machine which has Windows Server 2003 OS installed.

From my experience SSO login require a different kind of protocol for recroding

Incorrect.  Web+WinInet is the route for Windows Integrated Authentication and a web application.

Likely the Load Generator you are running from is not a part of the domain which your users are a part of
