web_service_call not found even after including as_web.h

i am a  new user to loadrunner. I have made a call to web_service_call in my Action and have included as_web.h in globals.h as #include "as_web.h" yet i get the following compilation error

usually some illegal character in the code.. like a missing "," or a
";"

scan the script and you will probably find it immediately before the
line mentioned in the replay log or after.
