Hi All,

I am currently working in LR scripts using Citrix protocol.

I have recorded the script using Citrix ICA + Web(HTTP/HTML) . The login part of the application flow is via web and after that via citrix.

Application overview:
In our application flow, we have few letters(Microsoft word) getting generated and it is closed via mouse click. The script runs fine for mulitple iteration and with mulitple users.

Problem Description:
During the execution, with mulitple users running cuncurrently, if any of the letter (Microsoft word) is not closed properly, then for that particular user teh next iteration is not starting from teh begining instead, the letter (microsoft word) page remains open. The user is failed and goes to error state.

can anyone suggest a way to close the word document?

Thanks,
Meena

You need to contact admin to make the change at citrix server end. Admin will change the server setting to make sure, if a client terminate its connection session should also be terminated.

This makes me think that the sessions are not being closed correctly. Make sure all the Citrix Sessions are cleanly closed before the start of next iteration
