LR Script Framework/Template/Boilerplate

I have used LoadRunner off and on for several years, and have
developed a personal boilerplate that includes various functions and
request patterns to improve productivity and overcome some of
LoadRunner's limitations. I recently came across a page on Wilson
Mar's site describing a "Script Framework For LoadRunner" (http://
www.wilsonmar.com/lr_framework.htm). It looks like it would be quite
useful, but I cannot find any information about getting access to the
script files. Attempts to contact Wilson Mar have failed. Does anyone
here know about these script files (or a similar alternative for
LoadRunner)? Are they available for download anywhere?
