Performance center 12.20 and LoadRunner Controller 12.02 :-not able to add controller as host

Hi All,

I am looking for help , please assist , if you have solution for below issue :-

we have recently installed

1. I am installting performance center 12.20 and controller 12.02.

Below are the step that I follwoed.

1. Installed ALM on one of the Server.

2. Installed Performance Center Server on second server.

3.Installed Performance Center Host on another server.

4.Installed controller 12.02 on fourth server.

 

I am able to communicate in ALM and Performance center server.

 

I wanted to add Controller machine as host in performance center. when I am trying to add controller machine as Host , I am getting below error :-

"com.mercury.td.pcextension.labservice.comm.ILabServiceSetHostPCServiceExceptionDataFaultMessage.Host Service is unreachable"

 

in different post it is given  that check whether below servives are running in host machine :-

/*DataCollectionAgent,

RemoteManagement Agent Service,

Performance Center Agent Service, and

Performance Center Load Testing Service.*/

I am not able to see this services on my machine , where I have installed controller.

I am able to see this services on my performance center host machine , but I am not able to installed controller on same machines , it is not allowing.

there is no firewall issue and port issue.
