Error -27492: "HttpSendRequest" failed, Windows error code=12029 (cannot connect)

I used one thousand vusers to open a web page, some failed. The error message was: Error -27492: "HttpSendRequest" failed, Windows error code=12029 (cannot connect). But when I changed the run-time settings, uncheck "Browser Download non-HTML resources", all passed. I dodn't know what's the relation between the setting and the error. Is there anyone who knows the error or the setting?

By no longer downloading non-HTML resources -- like images -- you reduce the load on the web server. Turn on logging for both cases and see the difference.
