unable to get the Server time values

Hi 
daily i am  runing the scenario. this scanrio contains the citrix login , for this i am calculting the response time and servertime(using Time to first buffer breakdown graph). i am runing with 1 user for 10 time.
some times i am gettig server time as 0, 0.001 ,0.002 mostly i am  getting 0 only. why values coming like this. Plz help me on this

Have you provided a proxy in run time settings?

 we are not using  proxy

Is the step passing? As in, do you get correct response data for that
step? How much time does the same step take manually?

yes it is pass and we are getting accurate response time . only few times we are getting the server time values like 0.001, 0.002,0.003

can u tell me why this value coming reamaining are zeros .

I have no experience on Citrix but on the face of transaction response time stats, I think this is so minute that LR ends up in stating it as 0
I assume you've correct piece of code in login transaction.

At times, when running a stress test (with concurrency/rendezvous points) even a blank action (with just a return statement) give 0, 0.001, 0.002 seconds of response time.

I would say its tough for a web page to load in 0.001 less seconds.
Please run the test with logging enabled and capture the response for
the instance that took 0.001 seconds. That will be a good way to start
troubleshooting.

Unlike an HTTP protocol, for any Citrix scripts, it is mandatory to place a valid synchronisation point to capture the actual response time and JUST don't rely only on the transaction points.
