Failed to Connect to the LR agent

Dear All,

We are facing some issue while connect to LR agent from Controller.
It has been connected successfully to local host but for another
machines , it is failed to connect .given is error meassage shown in
output window:

Failed to connect to the agent.

Load Generator not responding after timeout
Command line that was executed:

-usr ..\dat\lr_trans_server.usr -lnch_interactive -controllerhost

a) Confirm you have installed the agent software on the load generator
b) Confirm that you have the agent configured as a service

Hi 

1. Please check the Loadrunner agent is running on the Agent Machine.

2. Check whether the LG  and controller are in same network or different network. if it is different network you need to open the Ports.
