While installing the Load Generator (LR 9.10.0.0),
I was trying to install HP Loadrunner - Load Generator in a Server.
When I clicked on "setup.exe" file it opens a setup wizard, from there
I clicked on “Load Generator” option and it also installed the three
prerequested Software/ Patches but after installing that it shows a
Widows Installer help popup window showing all the command line
options. I get no error code.
I am using Microsoft Windows Server 2003, Std Edition - SP2
and the Windows installer popup contains "Kindly help me a workaroud
to install Load Genarator"

Note, there are zero dependencies on the Load Generator software which
mandates the use of Windows Server. In some circumstances you will
also be harming yourself by installing on Windows Server versus XP Pro
workstation as Server's resource consumption for its core is higher than
that of workstation. If you are going to be running large numbers of
users on your system you will then want to have your OS be as "skinny"
as is possible. You can't have a "skinny OS" with Windows Server.

I will contact the HP Support. I have one more doubt
Before installing the three Pre-requested software/patches, the
windows installer is working fine..
is this something to do with that three software/ patches which i have
installed from LR 9.10.0.0
or is this a Microsoft issues...
Kindly clarify me..

If any of you are facing this kind of problem then try accessing the
below link to install
LR_95_GA_DVD\lrunner\MSI\LoadRunner.msi
Or
LR91\lrunner\MSI\LoadRunner.msi
....I installed two generators in two different server and are working
fine....
.............Thanks to Shivaram from HP Forum.......
