9.5x workaround

·         In order to modify the list of graphs opened you should modify file OfflineAnalysisGraphs.ini which is located under the bin directory of the PC Host machine

Ø  This file is pretty easy to edit. You can customize which graph will appear in the session providing the run included that data

·         In order to modify the content items appear in the Analysis Summary you should modify the file AnalysisSummary.asc which is located under the bin\dat directory on the PC Host machine

Ø  This file is less intuitive for editing but still manageable

·         By editing both of these files you impact also the default HTML report generated by Performance Center

·         Since analyze results happens on the Controller machine you need to manually apply your changes on all Controller machines. If you have different projects using different Controllers at all times, you can apply different settings on different Controllers to satisfy each project need. But if projects share Controllers you will probably have to stick with one flavor

·         Note that this workaround doesn’t allow changing many other settings in Analysis, it is rather limited

11.00 workaround

·         In 11.00, late analyze is done on the Data processor machine and automatic analyze right after test ends on Controller machine. Which means you have to consider both. Sharing of resources (Controller/DP) will determine also here if you have to apply one modified template for all or different templates for different projects

·         The main progress here is that you have to edit the Analysis template itself, you can open the Analysis application on the Controller/DP machine, edit the template as you wish and overwrite the default performance template. It is much simpler and provides more capabilities

If you do not fully understand the above please do not apply these changes as it is not an official workaround by HP. It is my personal workaround as a Performance Center user.
