Getting 'remote Computer Requires Network Level Authentication' error

Hi All,

We are getting 'Network level authentication' error while recording the script using RDP protocol.

using Loadrunner 11.5 for recording and the remote desktop host server is Windows 2012 server and Loadrunner is installed on windows 7 system.

I have also check the remote connection setting and which is 'Allow connection from computers running any version of remote desktop'

Please help me out to resolve the issue.

If you dont have Service pack2 installed on top of LR 11.50, then you need to install the service pack 2, which has support for Network level authentication.
