SQL and LDAP with LR? ...

I'm using LR 12.01. We store user data in LDAP and various DBs.

I realize that there are DB and LDAP protocols to test those things. That's not what I'm trying to do.

What I'm wondering is if there's a decent mechanism to run a query against LDAP or a DB (Oracle, SQL Server, etc.) at the beginning of a LR script (Citrix, Web-http/html, or TC) and retrieve some test data at runtime? Then I can have my VUGen script use those records to login, retrieve records, etc.

Currently I generally run queries outside of LR to get test data, then move it into a CSV inside VUGen.

Is it possible to do it at runtime in a LR script as I describe above? Any tips or words of wisdom on this?

Why not get those login values once and parameterize your script?

I do not understand the need to get these data every time before running a test.

Yes it is possible to retrieve data from dB.. Please specify DB details n dB configuration details..
