Help needed in testing a IVR application using loadrunner

Hi All,
We are anticipating a project to load test a IVR application using load runner.
Does any one of you has any prior experience in this are.
Your help is highly appreciated.

I have searched for options to test IVR using LoadRunner as well.
However, it seems that LR may not be of much help in testing IVR
apps.
Empirix is a company that creates performance testing software
exclusively for testing IVR and CTI related software. If your budget
and management permit, you can explore this option. Mine did not!
If I am mistaken, and someone know how to test IVR apps with LR,
please enlighten me, Ashish and the rest of the group as well.
