Currently we are working on engagement to Load Testing a  Mobile Application using Java Over HTTP protocol , but were facing few issues with respect to JOH protocol , it would be helpful if you help us in this regards  . For testing the development team had provided us an Java based client application  (with all the features of the mobile app) which communicate to the server over HTTP.

Steps Done:

1: We have recorded the script using the Load Runner - Java Over Http protocol.

2: Added all the Server side jars to the Load runner  class path  and tried regenerating the script.(as per my understanding on using the Java Over HTTP protocol , all the jars files used by the application need to be added to load runner class path , so that load runner can DE serialize the binary script into the xml request & response)

3: On doing all the pre requisite & adding the required jars the script is not getting DE serialized.

Application Environment:

Client : Java

Protocol : HTTP

Server : IBM Tivoli

This requires deep down troubleshooting. I would suggest you to contact HP Support.

Annesh,

Based on what, did you select the Java over HTTP protocol to record the scenario.
