Loadrunner with PL/SQL

can we do backend (Oracle PL/SQL) performance testing using
Loadrunner, or is there any another tool which will use for the same.

Yes, it can be done. I assume that since you are asking you either didn't look for an answer or don't have the expertise to accomplish this testing
