Sir!

We have developed ASP.NET application and using Third party tool
called TWILIO.COM for making VOIP calls.

1. I need to test the VOIP calls functioanlity from my application, I
would like to create LOAD TEST by using 20 To 25 Vusers. I have to
check for the

a. Response time?
b.. I have to track sucessful and failed outgoing calls for the
report.

2.. I have used Load Runner 11.0 Evaluation version- Ajax TruClient to
test SMS and Email-- succeded.

3. I am trying to test VOIP calls from our application by using the
tool
Ajax TruClient -- not succeeded. (Twilio is using Flash plugin to
allow VOIP calls might be the reason)

4. I have used Load runner 11.0 - FLEX PROTOCOL to test VOIP calls.
Third party tool www.twilio.com is responding the call - but the
status is FAILED in Twilio when i check the CALL LOG, and the error is
taking place as

"Action.c(2285): Error: RTMP communication level(Connect/Send/
Receive): Unknown exception" in my application.

Could u suggest me -- how to come out of the error? and also suggest
any better tool to test these kind of functionality?

Please contact your HP or HP VAR Systems engineer to assist you with your
pre-purchase evaluation of LoadRunner for your technology use...

For VOIP calls testing you can try SIPp (open source tool) and ProLab (Commercial tool)

Thanks,
