Error -27778: SSL protocol error when attempting to connect with host

Hello All,

This is my first post, so please forgive any errors and/or omissions.

I am trying to use a certificate to login to a website, but I get the
error below during replay.

Error -27778: SSL protocol error when attempting to connect with host

Any help is greatly appreciated.
