Regarding your question LR 8.14 doesn’t support IE 8 also this version is out of support.

About LR 9.5 we have a patch that you can install in order to support IE 8 but this patch has limited support, and only can be used in order to record web(http) protocol but as I told you is not fully supported, also you need to upgrade your version 9.50 to 9.52 and install the patch for IE 8.

 

We strongly recommend you to install LR 11.4 this version support IE 8 (fully support).
