Hi,

When running our Vugen Scripts in performance Center 9.5 , we are getting this error at the start of the execution.

"Http send request failed windows error code 12029 and retry limit(0)" I ran the same scenario in my local machine and VDI the scenarios are working fine whereas while I am running the same in Performance Center, I am getting this error.

Kindly help me in resolving this issue.

Thanks in Advance.

Please check if all selected  load generators and  controller machines are fine (connectivity , available disc space etc..)
Try the test by selecting other loadgenerators and controller machines.
Also check available timeslot should not be the issue.

Regards,
Anita

Winsock 12029

ERROR_WINHTTP_CANNOT_CONNECT

12029

Returned if connection to the server failed.

Try from VUGEN on the machine in question and see if you can connect.   I would be willing to bet that you have an environmental difference in play which is impacting your ability to connect from the other host.   Next question, as you are running a performance test I am ~~~~~assuming~~~~ that you have more than a single load generator involved.   Are all of the load generators throwing the error, or only a single one?  Are all virtual user types throwing the error or just a single one?   Are all data sets throwing the error or just a few?

#2 cause of scripts failing (behind unhandled correlation) is not checking for valid returned pages and then branching your code as appropriate.   Can we assume that this is taking place?
