Try the following solutions and let us know if any one of the them worked for you:
Possible solution 1:Check to see if the machine has been set up for record against multiple processes. Go to the registry editor to
HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Windows NT\CurrentVersion\Windows\AppInit_DLLs
and check if it’s pointing to bbhook.dll. If it is then remove the entry and then reboot the machine. (Note: Take a reg backup before you do this!)
Possible Solution 2:Windows has an a feature called Data Execution Prevention(DEP) which is capable of causing such problems while recording.
Disable DEP for LoadRunner and Application Under Test(AUT) by navigating to Control Panel>System>Advanced>Performance Settings>Data Execution Prevention.
Now select the second radio button and add LoadRunner and Application Under Test and press 'Apply'
Note: if your application is web based then remove DEP for IE as well.
