Hi Guys!

Ok, I always have these funny ideas and rarely do I execute on them but I thought it would be cute for our people to know what you guys did this summer! Just literally one or two lines. We will put them in stories or on posts or in our newsletter.

You can just reply to this email and if you have a cute pic to use please attach or I will use one of the ones I have from photoshoots.

It can be something as mundane as "got my kids to all their camps" to anything like Jenna having a baby!! (have you guys seen this kid?! Shes adorable), to Julie O. getting engaged!!! Congrats Jules.

Also - Did you know that Cameryn is coming on the retreat and offering spinal energetics 1:1s?! How cool is that!

Do you have something you want to offer? Or do you just want to come with us? Our clients want to hang out with YOU. You should come. If you have any interest let us know, we can help make it happen.

This summer was filled with gardening, adventures with our nephew, and a lot of 10 year celebrations: 10 year wedding anniversary, 10 years in the house, Lucy's (our dog) 10th birthday!

So cute! Here’s the mccarthy summer highlight.

We spent 2 unforgettable weeks in Armenia, hiking the mountains and waterfalls, visiting ancient monasteries, and even baking lavash in a traditional tonir oven. A journey rich with history, culture and connection.
