Hi Everyone!

Happy Summer!  There are some VERY important key updates below.  Please read carefully.

Not as important but still relevant, I'm headed off on a family vacation (18 of us!) to Disney tomorrow!  Wohoo!  Please text Lorraine with any questions or issues that might come up.  She will be on top of Netgym too.  Her number is 978-201-9802. I’ll be back on the 1st.

Woburn Summer Protocols
Small and Big Studio Doors should be left OPEN in between classes.  Heat in big studio should be left at 60 or below in between classes.  Mini split should be left off in small studio between classes.
  • All unheated classes that can move into the small studio should.  The mini split works very well in there.  If you can not move because your class is too big (capacity is 25) or because there is another class then:
  • try using the big studio mini split.  It is very finicky with turning off and on via the remote.  It isn't the batteries, it just is that way.  You have to walk all around and really point it at the machine and press the buttons hard.  Do not leave the mini split on after class.  Please make sure you turn it off.
  • If the mini split leaks, put a towel down for class.  Email Jillian
  • There will be a white box fan in the hallway.  Open the door and blow in air from the lobby/hallway into the class before class starts to get room cooled down.
  • Mini splits in both studios should not be set to below 68 degrees.  Please make that your lowest setting.
Lexington Summer Protocols
Small studio doors left open and temp set to 70-72.
Big studio doors left open and heat at 60 or below (Unless you see an AC unit in there, then doors should be closed)

  • There is an AC unit that sits in the upper lobby and can be put into a window in the big studio.  Along with fans that can help cool the big studio down (located in the supply/changing room hallway.
  • If there is not a class at the same time you are free to move your unheated classes into the small studio.
If you are having trouble with your unheated classes let me know and we can figure it out.

Thank you very much!
Jillian
