Committee Meeting - January 22, 2024

Colleagues,

While we do not have any more meetings scheduled, we still have two proposals remaining to discuss and vote on. I'd very much like to get those resolved in January so we can hold a town hall for members in February.

As Monday evenings have worked well for us, I'd like to select a Monday evening for this final committee meeting. I believe that January 8th didn't work for some committee members and January 15th is MLK/Lobby day so I'd want to avoid that. With this in mind I'd like to propose January 22, 2024 at 8:00 PM for our final meeting.

However, I want to make sure that Mr. Knowles in particular is able to attend, as both of the proposals to be heard were made by him. Mr. Knowles, would this date and time work for you?

I'd also like to thank all of the committee members for their hard work in getting these proposals cleaned up and ready to be presented to the members. I think that our work on this committee will benefit the LPVA for years to come.
