Constitution committee meeting for December 11, 2023

Dear colleagues,

Unfortunately, I will not be able to attend our next scheduled meeting. It did not occur to me until this week that our next meeting coincides with a trip I had planned to visit my brother in Florida.

I have two amendment proposals on the rolling agenda. I tried to give as full an explanation as I could in the proposals themselves, but if anyone has any questions I'd be glad to try to answer them via email prior to the next meeting.

Thank you for letting us know. I believe we left off during debate on Proposal J, which is a bit more complex. There were two items raised at last weekend's SCC meeting that members wished to address, I plan to draft proposals for both of these.

If you don't object, then we can table your proposals (K & L) until a January meeting and move directly to the soon-to-be drafted proposals.
