Colleagues,

I've attached a draft of our report, including the proposals passed earlier this evening. Please let me know if anyone has questions or would prefer the proposals to be presented in a different order.

I've included both a word and a PDF version if you would like to edit anything.

Thank you all very much for your work on this committee, I hope that this way of doing things will become standard practice for the LPVA going forward.
