Our next meeting is this evening at 8:00 PM. Mr. Knowles has already let me know he'll be unable to attend, but if anyone else is not available this evening then I would welcome any motions to reschedule the meeting to a subsequent week.

This is probably not kosher with Robert’s Rules but if there are no objections we can move the meeting to December 18.
