Meeting Dates

Colleagues,

As it looks like Mondays between 8 and 9 work for everyone I'd like to publish a meeting schedule, my plan is for the current cadence to be on the 2nd Monday of the month. I'm planning to allow for a few months for everyone to think of proposals you'd like to make, so please post any here when you've got an idea.

Here's a meeting schedule through the end of the year. I'd like to re-evaluate things at the beginning of 2024, depending on how many proposals there are and how much progress has been made it might be a good idea to move to an every other week schedule between January 2024 and the state convention.

I'd also like to put together a town hall for the wider LPVA membership in 2024 after we've hopefully completed the proposals. In my experience spreading awareness of the proposals and being available to ask questions is enormously helpful when trying to get things passed on the convention floor. This meeting will likely need to be longer than our normal meeting, probably plan on 2 hours for this, this meeting will likely be sometime in February 2024.
