Have any of you been getting these emails from Wes? He's doing a great job of raising the money to pay for filing fees in TX. That's the sort of thing our Candidate Support committee needs to do here.

Please donate for filing fees!

Dear June ,

We've got five statewide candidates secured for the ballot!

If we can raise just $1,750 more, we'll give you candidates six and seven

The filing fee for a statewide court position (Supreme Court or Court of Criminal Appeals) is $3,750.   Mark Ash has agreed to run and we've already raised $2,000 of the $3,750 for Mark.

Click here to donate for Mark Ash's filing fee.

We need that $1,750 by Sunday night, December 7, so I can hand-deliver the full filing fee to the Texas Secretary of State by 6 pm Monday, December 8.

And here's a bonus. If we raise the remaining $1,750 for Mark Ash, the Libertarian Booster PAC will also pay the $3,750 filing fee to put a Libertarian on the ballot for Railroad Commissioner. Longtime Libertarian activist Arthur DiBianca is ready to file if called upon.

But if we can’t raise the $1,750 for Mark Ash, we will NOT be able to fund the Railroad Commissioner filing fee.

So, $1,750 will get us Mark Ash for Statewide Court, plus Arthur DiBianca for Railroad Commissioner!

Donate - Mark Ash, Supreme Court or Criminal Appeals Court

Here's where we stand with our statewide candidates:

Ted Brown for U.S. Senate: paid his own $5,000 filing fee - DONE!
Pat Dixon for Governor: $3,750 raised - DONE!
Anthony Cristo for Lieutenant Governor: $3,750 raised - DONE!
Neill Snider for Land Commissioner: paid his own $3,750 filing fee - DONE!
Tom Oxford for Attorney General: $3,750 raised - DONE!
Mark Ash for Statewide Court: $2,000 raised - $1,750 to go

Possible bonus candidate:
If we meet the fundraising for Mark Ash, the Libertarian Booster PAC will pay the $3,750 filing fee for a Railroad Commissioner candidate of our choosing.

Here's a page on the Libertarian Booster PAC website that shows the donation progress bars for our statewide candidates.

Please chip in whatever you can by Sunday night so we can put both Mark Ash and Arthur DiBianca on the statewide ballot.

Thanks for your continued support,
