Fwd: Bylaws Committee Preliminary Report

The Bylaws Committee has adopted its preliminary report for the 2026 convention. Our report covers ten topics. I hope members of the Executive Committee will review the recommendations, and let us know of any problems you notice, or any suggestions you may have for improvement.  Our final report, which is due 20 days before the convention, can include corrections and improvements, though not, as you probably know, any additional proposals.

I want to thank all of the members of the Bylaws Committee for their participation, and there were a couple of other people who contributed as well by making suggestions, proofreading, etc. -- they have my thanks as well!
