partially (a little bit) updated Membership Report

I have not yet seen either a national or state membership "report" for the end of November.  However, I do have one number, for national membership as of last Friday, calculated from a database file update, and that shows that our count has continued to drop since the end of October report, to almost a record low for the period shown in the graph. (The lowest number I have for this period was only 5 people lower, in May of this year, and unless things reverse course our end of year count is almost certainly going to be the lowest it has been in over four decades.)
