Todd,

Per our discussion yesterday...ref agenda for this Wednesday's meeting....request the following topics be added to the agenda...this email also serves as a minimum of 72 hrs notification.

Topics:

1) Proposal to have Wrestling as a separate organization sponsored by LP board with it's own by-laws/leadership...in fact all three organizations (Football, Cheer and Wrestling) can do this under one governing body....LP Executive board

2) Quick update on "All Stars"...I'm not familiar with the program...I've heard different stories, so I'd prefer to know more about it...I didn't realize I was out of my lane when I told the football teams that participation in the parade was a great PR event...

I will not be able to make it either. After practice I have professional obligations that came up this week that i have to get completed tonight.

Lance can't make it either and said it is an unsanctioned meeting anyway since lack of 72 hour notification.   

Since this isn't urgent suggest we put on agenda for next regular meeting

Apparently, the By-Laws state that it has to be 72 hours written notification with an agenda which we didn’t receive.  I can try to make the open forum but I have deadlines to meet professionally.

Don,t make excuses why you can't be there. I have driven back from Peoria to be at the meeting and have to return there tonight after the meeting.

Folks,

Trying to do what's right, but was the entire LP membership notified of this meeting? If not, IAW the by-laws, we won't be able to make any formal changes to the standing charter. The membership is suppose to be given the same opportunity to voice their concerns. I have a proposal that might make everyone happy, so I'll be there tonight. GIVE PEACE A CHANCE....
