Just got am email from Todd M. It was to inform OTHS band, KIXX and us, that he ha rcvd a number of complaints about the gate being left unlocked, the pressbox windows being left open and some other things. I am pretty sure it was not directed at us as the band director immediately sent a sorry note. Also the last thing I know we do each night is lock the gate. I do not consider this an issue as this is the first field usage complaint I have rcvd, and I rcvd it after two other orgs have bee n given unsupervised use. This is only an fyi.
Also, he let me know about the shed. They have moved some pits and FB equip into the shed for winter storage. We are to sell out of the north bay. Also we are the only people using that shed now. Just another fyi.
This is a big weekend. Iwould like to have the cooked item there by 9. I will be there and ready tostart cooking then. Again this is our last big weekend, the sooner our grilled items are ready, the sooner we sell them and ultimately we sell more. Eric and Sheri - you have done a great job. Thanks.

We are in our final weekend of Regular Season Games. We have four games on Saturday and three games on Sunday. Thank you to those who have consistently worked the field during this season. Please let me know when you are going to be working at the field this weekend.
Our first game on Saturday is at 11:00. We need to be at the stadium by 9:00 to start setting up.
I was at the field yesterday and the HS has placed all of the Track Pits in the shed. This is going to restrict our movement in the concession area. They are all on the left hand side of the shed toward the back if you are looking in to the shed from the garage door side.
I will get to the field by 8:45 to start setting up but will have to leave by 9:30 for my game. My game is in Belleville at 12:00 on Saturday, so I will not be back until close to 3:30. I will be there on Sunday, all day.
Please let me know by EOB today if you are working. Please no excuses, I have a team I coach and still make it back to the field to work, I have missed daughter's soccer games and son's baseball games to work, I have missed out on scouting other teams I play in order to work, I have missed dinner with my parents who were in town for a visit because I was working at the field.
