Marching in Veterans Day parade

Carol Milligen, my team manger, has made arrangements to hold my team’s football banquet at the VFW. The VFW told Carol that they would be willing to wave the rental fee if our team marched in the Veterans Day Parade. We were more than happy to tell them yes. In addition to character and leadership we are trying to instill the values of community service in our youth so I think this will be a great experience for my team. This will also give our boys a greater appreciation for all the people who have served or are serving their country in the armed forces. I will be having my team wear their game jerseys during the parade. This will be an excellent opportunity for our club to support the VFW, the community, and the country on this special day and it will be an excellent opportunity for our club to do some PR.
I’d like to thank Carol for helping to make this possible through her efforts and strong communication skills as my team manager.

Just a reminder that the All-Stars will be marching in the Veteran's Day parade. We march in almost all local parades and will be adding a St.Louis parade to hopefully increase LP's exposure to other children.
