I am looking forward to our meeting tonight at 7:30. One thing I would like us to concentrate on this year is planning and organization. This spreadsheet will serve as our guidance to getting items accomplished. Each segment of our organization has their own spreadsheet at the bottom. I would like everyone to review the sheets and make your suggestions on what we need to accomplish. Nothing is a bad idea at this point. At the same time, just because an idea makes it to the first stage, it does not guarantee we will get it done this year. Please make sure to place your idea under the appropriate sport or under board. Please get this back to me by January 9, 2009
