Just for your information...TR is willing to do a couple of things for us ref end of season parties (the pulled pork is awesome)...see below info I sent to Penny...updated some info too.
BTW, I to have read all of the emails...can't wait for Wed mtg...focused...supporting the kids...etc.
I'd like to do PR again...there's some things we'll need to do in the next couple of months...

I didn't forget...just slipped my mind...
Talked to Mr. Dave Boese and here's what TR can do with groups of 50 - 60 people at the restaurant.
Times @ Restaurant:
Saturdays @ 11:30 a.m. - 1 p.m. or 2:30 - 4:30 p.m.
Menu @ Restaurant:
Kids meal: Hamburgers (sliders) or Hot Dog, plus Fries and a Drink - $4
Adult meal: Pulled Pork sandwich, plus Fries and a Drink - $4
Catered @ a location of your choice (coordinated with them)...number of folks, unlimited:
Kids/Adult meal: Pulled Pork sandwich, plus baked beans or potato salad and a Drink - $5
They can probably work out a deal for Hot Dogs/Hamburgers too, but he recommends the pulled pork.
If any of the teams are interested, have them call Mr. Dave Boese or Ms. Rachael Thomas @ 628-8811.

I have a call into TR...they said that they'd be able to work a special price for us and would serve it up, but haven't gotten a call back. Will call again tomorrow to get the rest of the details. Believe we can do it there too.

I happen know that we are not going to the palyoffs so I wanted to get on this so that I can start collecting money from parents. Do I need to contact someone or is that done through you? Do they actually have a banquet room where there can present awards given, etc. or were we suppose to find the place and they deliver? I was going to ask you all this at the board meeting but that didn't happen so sorry for bothering you. Just let me know.
