I am making available a new Linear Progam Editor.
It uses LPSolve to optimise problems, but also
offers the user the facility of creating and
editing LP problems on-screen.
It will load problems in a variety of formats
provided by LPSolve. It will also re-save
problems in a different format if required.
The install package is hosted in DropBox.
