When i want to go to the 'west part' for a second time even after it is unlocked i get caught in a loop where you are automatically moved back home just like after you walk out of the club with niki the first time you go there, then the screen is black and you have to reload the last save, i think there is scripting that's causing that event to trigger every time you go to the 'west part'
